Do you remember CertifiChecks, the commissary gift certificate company that went out of business last year? The deadline for people who fell into the loophole and were deployed or TDY from March 6 through July 31st, 2009. Yup, that is last year. If you were deployed or TDY during those months last year, you have until 31 July 2010 to use your CertifiChecks.
