The first leg of the Commander-In-Chief Trophy is set to play out this coming weekend in Colorado Springs with Navy visiting Air Force. We welcomed Navy radio play-by-play "voice" Pete Medhurst to give us an update on the Mids' injured starting QBs, how head coach Ken Niumatalolo used the bye week to prepare and keys to the game. "3 Dog Thursday" host T.J. Rives talked about the game from an underdog's perspective and we remembered another fallen hero in this week's "Travis Manion Foundation Honor Roll" segment. ABOUT PRICE ATKINSON

The son of a Vietnam veteran and former officer in the United States Army, "Yards & Stripes" founder and host Price Atkinson worked four years in the Sports Information Department at the U.S. Naval Academy. With a journalism background as a graduate and student-athlete at the University of Kentucky, he did a pair of stints writing for The Greenville News before transitioning into radio as the co-host of a local ESPN Upstate radio drive-time show. He lives in Greenville, S.C. with his wife and two sports-crazed kids.
