Are you an older adult? If so, you can call the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line (NAL) 24 hours a day. When you call the NAL, a registered nurse will help you assess if you can handle your health concern with self-care or if you need to see a medical professional. The NAL can also help you find a doctor and schedule next-day appointments at military hospitals and clinics when available. To access the NAL dial 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273) and select option 1.
