New System May Not Show Your SGLI Recipient

Just because a new online Servicemembers Group Life Insurance (SGLI) system rolled-out for Sailors, Soldiers and Airmen doesn’t display an SGLI recipient for many troops doesn’t mean one isn’t in the system. Troops need to update their information on the online portal for a name to display. Until then, the recipient filed in most recent SGLI paperwork remains in place.
