The U.S. Navy has announced that it is soliciting feedback from Sailors through the biennial Personal and Professional Choices Survey. The survey will be sent to 80,000 randomly selected active-duty Sailors. Notification emails will be sent to participants from the survey platform Max.gov. The survey touches on a wide variety of issues, including career development, work-life balance, adoption leave and family planning. The 2018 survey results are expected to be released in August. Results from previous surveys are available at the Navy Personnel Command website.
