DALLAS (Marketwire) -- SourceHOV, a platform-driven business process solutions company that helps clients accelerate business performance, today announced that it has joined the 100,000 Jobs Mission and pledged its continued support for hiring transitioning service members and military veterans.

"We are grateful to the men and women of the U.S. armed services and their families, who have given their all to protect our country," SourceHOV president and CEO Steve Grieco said. "SourceHOV recognizes that the leadership skills, work ethic and determination displayed by veterans make them great potential team members and leaders in our company. We are proud to join the 100,000 Jobs Mission and do our part to help reach and exceed the goal of hiring 100,000 veterans by 2020."

To help achieve the goal of the 100,000 Jobs Mission, SourceHOV has enhanced its veteran recruiting efforts to provide transitioning service members with more opportunities to advance their civilian careers. As part of that strategy, the company has held career fairs on military bases close to several of its operations centers. For instance, the company recently recruited military veterans to fill 400 positions at its centers in Georgia and Kentucky and plans to recruit veterans at additional locations throughout the U.S.

Founded in March 2011, the 100,000 Jobs Mission helps transitioning service members and other veterans to lead successful lives after their military service. Members of the coalition, which partner to share best recruiting and employment practices, have already hired nearly 30,000 veterans. As a mission member, SourceHOV will post open positions to the U.S. Veterans Pipeline, a web portal designed to match veterans with open positions in the corporate sector, and source talent from this database of qualified veterans.
