"Only the Brave" (out now on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD) is a movie with the kind of positive message and heroism that everyone says they want from a movie. It's exciting, beautifully acted and based on the real-life bravery of the Granite Mountains Hotshots firefighting team.

It's even got a Certified Fresh 88% Rotten Tomatoes score.

Of course, almost none of you went to see it in the theaters and that's a shame. You've got a chance to correct that error now. While it's not strictly a military tale (some of the hotshots were veterans), it is a true story that celebrates Americans who sacrificed for the good of their community and the safety of others.

Josh Brolin gives an especially moving performance as team leader Eric Marsh and we've got a clip from the home video bonus features that talks about his performance.

The Blu-ray release includes a commentary track that features Brolin and director Joseph Kosinski, an array of documentary featurettes about the making of the movie and a music video from country singer Dierks Bentley, whose new song "Hold the Light" (featuring S. Carey from Bon Iver) plays over the movie's end credits.

We had a chance to interview Josh Brolin last fall when the movie was released in theaters. He was in the middle of shooting "Deadpool 2" so he was sporting his awesome haircut for his role as the Marvel mutant Cable. Check it out below.
