After the Halloween truck terror attack in New York City, President Donald Trump has come out swinging at a November 1st White House Cabinet Meeting.

"We need quick justice and we need strong justice -- much quicker and much stronger than we have right now. Because what we have right now is a joke and it's a laughing stock. And no wonder so much of this stuff takes place," the president announced to reporters.

He also had strong words for the Diversity Visa Lottery Program that granted entry to Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, the Uzbeki national who's been charged in the attacks.

“It sounds nice, it’s not nice. It’s not good, it hasn’t been good. We’ve been against it,” President Trump said. “We have to get much tougher. We have to get much smarter. And we have to get much less politically correct.”

What do you think? Should the USA rethink its policies? Is the American system a joke? Sound off!
