Last Friday, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island admitted that its aviators were responsible for "lewd images in the sky above Okanogan, Washington on Thursday. All the immature folks on the internet laughed and the photos went viral.
Navy brass moved quickly and, by Saturday, the crew of the EA18-G Growler was grounded and the Navy apologized for their "irresponsible and immature act."

There's been no definitive word on the aviators responsible for this prank, but sources have assured us that the theory floated by "American Vandal" fans has no basis in fact. This guy is not your culprit.
