CNN reports that State Department spokesman John Kirby was giving reporters a briefing about the anti-ISIS coalition of countries when he was distracted by a reporter who was ignoring him and paying attention to his phone. Check out the video.
Kirby was taken aback. "You're playing the Pokemon thing right there, aren't you," he said.
The still-unidentified reporter replied, "I'm just keeping an eye on it."
After he said the new efforts against terror won't be easy and turned back the the reporter and asked, "Did you get one?"
The reporter, sounding remarkably unembarrassed, replied, "The signal's not very good."
Kirby apologized for the poor signal and returned to the work of fighting ISIS.
