Can Noah Galloway Actually Win 'Dancing With the Stars'?

Does Vegas casinos allow fans to bet on Dancing With the Stars? If so, what were the odds that Army veteran Noah Galloway had a chance to make the Finals of the ABC's dance competition. Well, he made it. Noah (along with pro partner Sharna Burgess) will face off next week against Rumer Willis and Riker Lynch in the show's final week.

Of course, Noah developed some incredible survival instincts during his service. After losing his suffering severe injuries to his left arm and leg during a 2005 IED attack in Iraq, he managed to pull himself together and build a successful career as a motivational speaker and personal trainer.

Those survival instincts were definitely in play this week, because Noah pulled out all the stops and proposed to girlfriend Jamie Boyd on camera during the live broadcast. The Internet freaked out when some viewers decided that host Erin Andrews was rolling her eyes at Noah's gamesmanship, but she claimed she was just trying to hide her "ugly cry face."

Noah's not the best dancer on the show, but let's just say he's got pretty good reasons why his technique may not be as strong as his competitors. He does have the most compelling story and face it: Rumer Willis and Riker Lynch aren't exactly anyone's idea of "stars." Noah might have a real shot to win this thing. If you want to vote for him, watch the final competition round next Monday night at 8pm ET on ABC and find out the results Tuesday at 9pm ET.

You can watch this week's performances by Noah and Sharna below and his marriage proposal happens near the end of the "Viennese Waltz" video.
