Noah Galloway made a huge impression when he appeared on the cover of Men's Health magazine last fall, so big that he's been invited to appear on the latest series of Dancing With the Stars. The Army veteran (1st of the 502nd Infantry of the 101st Airborne Division) was severely injured by an IED explosion in Iraq in 2005 and lost his left arm and left leg.
Galloway has since become a personal trainer and motivational speaker, participating in a large number of adventure and road races. Noah (partnered with professional dancer Sharna Burgess) made his debut on Monday night and the team scored a respectable 26/40, which seems to set them up for a reasonably long run this season.
Galloway's prosthetic leg and missing arm create some choreography challenges for Burgess, but the judges were impressed with how the team overcame those limitations in their routine. Check out Galloway's entire sequence from the premiere and a promotional background clip below.
