As discussed here before, KISS and Def Leppard are touring together this summer and are looking to hire two military veterans to work on the road crew (one for each band). You can get all the details on Military.com's information page if you click on this link.
There's no prior experience needed or necessary, but anyone who's worked as a roadie can tell you that there's always a chance for advancement if you do your job, bust your tail and bring skills to the production crew. There will be long hours and a lot of hard work, but you'll get a chance to tour the sheds and arenas of the USA and learn how to sleep on a moving bus.
KISS is celebrating both its 40th anniversary as a band and its long-overdue induction into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, which went off without incident in NYC last night. There's no deadline listed on the page, but the job starts in June. There's one job with each band and you apply to either or both groups separately.
If you learned about the job here and get hired, please let us know. We'll want to talk to you about the gig.
