A boxer named Boogie played fetch with a still-live American World War II hand grenade in Germany's Neandertal valley last weekend. The dog dropped the bomb at her owner's request and waited until police arrived to defuse the grenade. Unexploded ordnance is still an ongoing problem for Germany, most recently killing a road worker in 2006 after an excavator hit a bomb. (via The Local)
