Each month that the weather is cooperative, the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) runs special sales at various locations that are geographically separated from regular commissary stores. Called Guard and Reserve sales, they are designed to bring the benefits of commissary shopping to eligible shoppers who don't usually get the chance to go to a full military base. You don't have to be affiliated with the National Guard or reserves to use these sales. All eligible commissary patrons can shop at the Guard and Reserve sales.
For November, the sales are clumped together in the beginning of the month. In each location description, there is a link to the sponsoring commissary store. If you click on the link, you will find contact information so that can verify times, dates and locations before traveling.
