2010 BAS Rates

I have been checking the internet every for weeks, looking for the 2010 Basic Allowance for Subsistence (BAS) rates.  I go away for two days and, of course, they're up.  The interesting part is that they didn't change from 2009.  It is claimed that it is due to the falling cost of food.  I haven't done any type of systematic survey of food prices across the country so I have no idea if that is true, but I do basically trust the formula that the DoD uses.  The 2010 rates are:

Enlisted: $323.87 a month

Officers: $223.04 a month
