To help, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) its new Access and Quality in VA Healthcare website with an access and quality tool to help Veterans make more informed choices. The website provides easy-to-use data related to: (1) how long patients are waiting to be seen in their VA facility; (2) how Veterans describe their experiences scheduling primary and specialty care: and (3) timeliness of appointments for care needed right away.
