The Naval Health Research Center, San Diego has the most presentations ever for the Military Health System Research Symposium (MHSRS) Aug. 20-23. The MHSRS is the Department of Defense's premier scientific meeting. It provides a venue for presenting new scientific knowledge from military medical research and development. Some of the research topics to be presented at the conference are studies on deployment health, to include PTSD, combat injuries and rehabilitation relating to amputee care, logistical mapping through data-driven science, and family deployment readiness.
