The TRICARE Overseas Program Point of Contact Program gives beneficiaries access to a live person that will help answer beneficiary questions, concerns and help them navigate TRICARE while living overseas. An overseas TRICARE POC can (1) help beneficiaries enroll in a TRICARE plan overseas; (2) file their medical and dental claims; (3) answer questions about coverage options and benefits; and (4) navigate TRICARE's electronic self-service options.
