Wisconsin veterans and their families need to be aware of a change during this year's tax filings. The Wisconsin Disabled Veterans and Unremarried Surviving Spouses Property Tax Credit has been expanded. Under the change, a surviving, unremarried spouse of a deceased veteran who is collecting Dependency and Indemnity Compensation benefit payments from the VA is now eligible for this tax credit.
