The Enlisted Supervisor Retention Pay program, which provides a retention incentive, has been updated for senior nuclear-trained enlisted sailors and includes increased award levels. To receive the bonus, sailors must meet eligibility standards for re-enlistment. The minimum re-enlistment length is three years, and all payments must be received before completing 26 years of service. Sailors who enter the program but do not meet the criteria for fulfillment of their obligations will be compelled to repay the Navy any unearned portions of the bonus.
