Nonprofit Offers Opportunity for Vets to Overcome Stress

Saratoga WarHorse Foundation is a nonprofit organization offering a three-day experience that helps veterans struggling to adjust to life after military service. Saratoga War Horse helps veterans suffering from the stresses of war by connecting them with horses. During the program, veterans spend time with off-the-track thoroughbred horses, and by utilizing the silent language of the horse, a mutual trust and bond is established that goes beyond verbal communication.
