Any veteran in Indianapolis who is either homeless or risking going without a shelter can call a new hotline, 317-327-4VET (4838), to access any of the services of the H.O.M.E. Program, which is sponsored by the City of Indianapolis. The H.O.M.E. Program partners with more than 30 service providers to end veteran homelessness in Indianapolis. Providers include Richard L.
