Learning and Development Roadmaps (LaDRs) will soon be used by both active-duty and reserve sailors to outline and navigate their rating training and education milestones. Developed by a recent enlisted Reserve and Naval Education and Training Command staff working group, the integrated active and reserve LaDR will be used by the total force, according to a Navy release. The group also reviewed how reserve officials will become part of the LaDR updating and maintaining process going forward. LaDRs can be found on the MyNavy Portal, Navy Credentialing Opportunities online (COOL) and through the Navy COOL app. Sailors can learn more about the LaDR system and process on the Navy COOL website.
