The U.S. Navy's fiscal year 2016 and 2017 Aviation Department Head Retention Bonus (ADHRB) for active duty aviators and for Full-Time Support (FTS) aviators was recently announced. Active duty officers who sign ADHRB contracts incur five years of obligated service and agree, if selected, to complete a department head tour. Officers interested in both the Aviation Career Continuation Pay (ACCP) program and the CIPP should contact the ACCP program manager and their detailer for more details. A list of available bonus amounts is available on the U.S. Navy website. For more information for active duty, visit the ACCP webpage; for FTS, visit the FTS Aviation Homepage.
