The National Guard Bureau is officially one of the 25 most diverse organizations in the nation. The ranking came from the Association of Employee Resource Groups and Diversity Councils, according to a recent Army release. The Guard, which has made the top 25 in the annual listing for five of the last six years, was listed as 14th on the list in 2013, and just second overall in 2016. The ranking for 2018 will be announced in early May. The ranking evaluates an organization's "impact, talent management and culture of inclusion as well as leadership commitment and communication efforts involving diversity issues."
