Did you know that you may be able to receive free community-based counseling at one of 300 VA Vet Centers across the country — even if you are not enrolled in VA health care? Vet Centers provide individual and group counseling, and outreach and referral services to veterans and active duty service members who served in any combat zone, area of hostility, experienced a military sexual trauma, or served as part of a drone crew.
