One reason the thought of a career fair doesn't send us giddily running into the streets is that we often fail to do good "Career Fair BDA". For you military types, BDA is not "battlefield damage assessment" like we used to do after every combat mission. BDA stands for "before, during and after" actions for career fair success. These actions help you maximize the career fair experience through preparation, research and networking and they are key components of a successful career transition strategy.
