Several American Legion posts in Texas are serving as collection centers and shelters. The Walton F. Hoffman Memorial Post 179 in New Braunfels, the Garden Oaks, Inc. Post 560 in Houston, and Post 291 in San Leon, and other Legion posts are helping out as donations and deliveries are scheduled.
