handyzipperpouchlg3

CountyComm Government Products Group has a ton of inexpensive, small  EDC kit. Here are five items that I thought were worth a closer look:

-- The Handy Zipper Pouch by Maratac with Zombie Green contrast stitching is the perfect go-to case for your Pens, iPhone charger, cables and small EDC gear.

The pouch features a YKK zipper on a heavy duty nylon constructed webbing and a hook and loop panel for a morale patch. There is also a paracord loop for quickly connecting this pouch to your gear.

The large size is new and measures 9 inches x 5 inches x 2 inches. It'll cost you about $9. The smaller version is about half the size and costs about $5.

There's a video looking at both versions at the end of this post.

-- The Runt Clip is a robust multi-photo-1use stainless steel clip, which can be used to keep your everyday carry gear organized and at the ready. The Runt Clip is one of our smallest clips and also most versatile.

The clip is made from 300 series stainless steel and can be used to carry any small preppers paraphernalia you may have.

The small version is 18mm x 10mm x 2.5mm and weighs 1.1 grams. A three-pack costs about $7.

The large size are 24mm x 13mm x 4mm and weigh 3.6 grams. A three-pack costs $8.45.

sharpeninglarge8--These pocket sharpening stones feature a small 2 piece plastic protective case with a ring that allows you to attach it to your gear.

Another unique feature is the slot cut in one side of the case allowing you to sharpen pointy objects like your mine probes, C-4 spikes and even fish hooks on the move without removing the stone from its case.

The stones measure 2" x .34" x .38". The case measures: 3"x .8" x .6". They cost about $4 each.

seresaw4large-- The SERE Pocket Saw is designed for emergency cutting. The 1.9" Bosch Swiss made blade cuts on the pull stroke. You won't be Paul Bunyan with this little device, but you will be surprised by how much you will be able to cut. Just the thing for your survival kit.

It measures 2.8" long, .22" thick and .63" wide closed. When open it measures 4.6" long, .22" thick and .63" wide. They cost $5.

photo-3-- The Thumb Tac Compass can be used on walking sticks, storage tubes, EDC kits and inside pill fobs.

It’s set into a solid brass capsule. Simply glue your compass to any non-ferrous metal or plastic.

It measures 11mm x 4.5mm and weighs 1 gram. A two-pack costs $7.45.

A lot of the items on CountyComm are not unique to the site, but it is nice to be able to find a lot of these little nice-to-haves in one place.
