IMINT: Exotic Camo Scheme spotted on SOF Pickup

Even I have to admit that this picture has a kind of ether-real quality to it that makes it look photoshopped despite being assured that it is the real deal.  Here we see a bizarre looking digital camo scheme that incorporates some type of 3-D disruption element into it.  In the past we used to call these modified pick up trucks Non-Standard Tactical Vehicles, or NSTV's but I believe current lingo preferred in the TOC is ITV.  Also in this picture we can see another sheet of camouflage hanging on the wall showing off a color scheme that looks like it would be better suited for temperate environments.  We are still trying to source the origin of these pictures and who is behind this very exotic look camo pattern so give us the gouge is you think you can fill in some of the blanks.
