This story blew up over the weekend.

On Saturday, Brock Vergakis, a reporter at Virginian-Pilot, broke the story of the charges against the U.S. Navy officer, who remains imprisoned at Navy Consolidated Brig Chesapeake, Virginia, following an April 8 preliminary hearing in Norfolk.

As my colleague Hope Hodge Seck reported today at Military.com, Lin stands accused of espionage, attempted espionage, unauthorized communication of privileged information relating to national defense, and patronizing a prostitute.
