Check out this clip of General Dynamics new Flyer ground vehicle. The little truck, somewhat reminiscent of the classic Jeep, is designed to fit inside of V-22s, allowing special operators to bring along some serious ground mobility whenever they deploy in an Osprey. This Humvee-meets-Jeep features satcom antennas, thermal cameras, the ability to view videos from UAVs and track nearby friendly forces. GD is planning to offer the vehicle for the Air Force's Guardian Angel effort, which seeks an air-deployable rescue vehicle.
