But some in the Pentagon think it could be America's West Bank, Seymour Hersh reports in this week's New Yorker.The U.S. military has quietly asked Israeli counter-terror commandos -- the guys behind the "targeted killings" of Hamas heavweights during the current intifada -- to work with, and become models for, American Special Forces units in Iraq.One official tells Hersh, "The only way we can win is to go unconventional. Were going to have to play their game. Guerrilla versus guerrilla. Terrorism versus terrorism. Weve got to scare the Iraqis into submission.
