An all-seeing, omnipresent set of eyes in the sky: that's the collective goal of the spooks, suits, generals, and geeks gathered this week in New Orleans to discuss the future of satellites in war, homeland security, and spycraft.But talking about this Big Brother vision in a hotel ballroom is proving to be a whole lot easier than executing it in orbit.
