Systems Research and Development claims its technology "can help investigators determine whether a terrorist suspect appears in two separate databases -- say, a government watch list and a hotel reservation system," according to Wired News. The company is backed by the CIA's investment arm, In-Q-Tel. The Pentagon is reviewing the new database system.
