The brother of U.S. Olympic gymnast Simone Biles has been charged in connection to a triple murder in Ohio.

Tevin Biles-Thomas, 24, was arrested Thursday in Georgia, NBC News reports. He is a member of the U.S. Army.

The shooting happened New Year's Eve at an Airbnb rental in Cleveland, police say. An "uninvited group" reportedly entered the home, leading to a fight.

Three people -- Delvante Johnson, 19; Toshaun Banks, 21; and Devaughn Gibson, 23 -- were killed.

Biles-Thomas faces a slew of charges: multiple counts of murder, five counts of felonious assault, three counts of voluntary manslaughter and one count of perjury.

"The relentless persistence of Cleveland Police Homicide detectives helped secure an indictment in this case. It is through their hard work that we can begin to seek justice for these victims," Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O'Malley told Cleveland TV station WJW.

Biles-Thomas is set to be arraigned Sept. 13 in Ohio.
