MILITARY.COM AMERICA IS STRONG SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS ON November 8, 2013, AND ENDS ON December 22, 2013, AT 11:59 P.M., (ET) ("PROMOTIONAL PERIOD").

ELIGIBILITY: THE "MILITARY.COM AMERICA IS STRONG SWEEPSTAKES" ("SWEEPSTAKES") IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE WHO ARE ACTIVE-DUTY, RESERVE, VETERANS WITHIN ONE YEAR OF DISCHARGE DATE OR RETIRED SERVICE MEMBERS, INCLUDING THEIR SPOUSES, OF THE U.S. AIR FORCE, U.S. ARMY, U.S. NAVY, U.S. MARINE CORPS, U.S. NATIONAL GUARD AND U.S. COAST GUARD (COLLECTIVELY A "BRANCH" OR THE "BRANCHES") AT TIME OF ENTRY ("ENTRANT"). ALL OTHERS ARE INELIGIBLE AND WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. Employees of General Motors LLC ("Sponsor"), Monster Worldwide, Inc. ("Administrator"), Pop2Life, LittMedia Inc. and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, distributors, and their advertising and promotion agencies and the members of their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household with such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: Official rules are found online by visiting http://www.military.com/general-motors/americas-strong/officialrules.html. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER:
Grand Prize Drawing:
To enter, visit http://www.military.com/general-motors/americas-strong (the "Promotion Website") and complete an entry form. Entrants will be entered for a chance to win the Grand Prize and/or unclaimed Instant Win Prizes (if any) as further described in the "Drawing/Winner Notification" section below.

All Entrants must complete all required data. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void.

ALTERNATIVE MAIL-IN METHOD OF ENTRY FOR GRAND PRIZE DRAWING ONLY: Participants can submit one (1) Entry for the Grand Prize drawing by legibly hand-printing their name, complete address, daytime telephone number, email address, military branch, and military rank, and military status on a 3"x5" card and mail it in an envelope with first class postage affixed ("Mail-in entry)" to: "MILITARY.COM AMERICA IS STRONG SWEEPSTAKES, Entries, Pop2Life, 247 Centre Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10013. ALL MAIL-IN ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY December 22, 2013, AND RECEIVED BY December 27, 2013. Online entry and Mail-in entry collectively referred to herein as "Entry" or "Entries."

GRAND PRIZE ENTRY LIMIT: ONE (1) TOTAL PER PERSON, PER EMAIL ADDRESS REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY FOR THE DURING THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD. Duplicate entries for the Grand Prize Drawing will be void, and only the original entry will be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing.

Instant Win Game:
To enter, visit the Promotion Website each day during the Promotional Period (each day an "Instant Win Promotion Period") and submit an entry form. Then, continue onto the second page (the "Instant Win Entry Page") and submit your optional answer to the question "What makes you America's Strong?" (your answer, if any, known as your "Submission"). Lastly, click the "Submit" button to enter for your chance to win the Instant Win Prize. A complete entry in the Instant Win Game consists of (1) completing an entry form on the Promotion Website and (2) continuing to the Instant Win Entry Page and clicking the "Submit" button. Submissions are optional and entrants do not need to answer the question to be entered to win the Instant Win Prize. Your Submission, if any, can be in the format of a text answer, photograph, or video. Each Instant Win Promotion Period commences at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends at 11:59 PM ET, for a total of forty-five (45) Instant Win Promotion Periods in the Promotional Period.

Administrator will be giving away one (1) randomly seeded instant win prize (each an "Instant Win Prize") per Instant Win Promotion Period (for a total of forty-five (45) Instant Win Prizes). The Instant Win Prize will be awarded to the Entrant who completes an entry form and then presses the "Submit" button on the Instant Win Entry page at the exact time the prize is randomly seeded (the "Winning Time"), or the closest time following the Winning Time if no Entrant pressed the button at the Winning Time.

The first Entrant to fill out the required fields on the entry form and click "Submit" on the Instant Win Entry Page, on or after a random time condition is met, will be the potential prize winner ("Potential Instant Prize Winner") for the applicable Instant Win Promotion Period. Each Instant Win Promotion Period will automatically end as soon as an Entrant becomes a Potential Instant Win Prize Winner. Potential Instant Win Prize Winners will be taken to a verification page, where they will be instructed to verify their contact information, including name, phone number, and email address. If a Potential Instant Win Prize Winner fails to verify his/her contact information, he or she will forfeit the Instant Win Prize. If a Potential Instant Win Prize Winner (1) fails to verify their contact information; (2) is found ineligible in the sole discretion of Administrator; or (3) the Instant Win Prize is forfeited for any reason, the Instant Win Prize will be deemed unclaimed. Limit: one (1) entry per person/email address per Instant Win Promotion Period during the Promotional Period. The time when you press the "Submit" button on the Instant Win Entry page and the number of entries received during the applicable Instant Win Promotion Period will determine the odds of winning for each Instant Win Prize. All Potential Instant Win Prize Winners are subject to verification of eligibility under these Official Rules.

Note: The time when you press the "Submit" button on the Instant Win Entry page during the applicable Instant Win Promotion Period (as received, recorded and timed by the promotion website technology) will solely determine whether or not you are a Potential Instant Win Prize Winner.

Note: Participants who enter the Instant Win Game will automatically be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing.

Incomplete, unreadable, garbled, unintelligible or otherwise non-compliant entries will be disqualified. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your internet service provider will apply. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder will be deemed to be the Entrant. Entrant must be the rightful owner of the account and each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If a dispute arises relating to an Instant Win Prize won, the Administrator will compare the pre-generated promotion data with the data you are presenting or have generated. Ultimately it will be the results of the analysis which will determine entitlement to any Instant Win Prize. In the event the analysis reveals valid Instant Win Prize claims are greater than the number of prizes available as set forth in these Official Rules, then Sponsor/Administrator reserve the right to conduct a random drawing amongst all eligible prize claimants whose claims have not yet been redeemed, to award the remaining number of advertised Instant Win Prizes or, if there is any question as to the fairness of the eligible Entrants to award any applicable Instant Win Prizes in the Grand Prize Drawing. Prizes will stop being awarded in the event Administrator becomes aware of an error respecting the number of prizes being awarded. In no event will the Administrator and Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of Instant Win Prizes available in these Official Rules. PLEASE NOTE THAT ADMINISTRATOR AND SPONSOR ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE SHOULD ANY ENTRIES NOT BE RECEIVED DUE TO SUCH DELAYS OR TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES.

PRIZES:
Grand Prize. One (1) 2014 model-year, factory-equipped vehicle, homologated to United States specifications, as follows: one (1) Chevrolet Silverado, having a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of up to forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) or a General Motor's vehicle of the Grand Prize Winner's choice of equivalent or lesser MSRP value (the "Grand Prize Vehicle"). If, due to production shortages, component availability, or causes beyond the control of Sponsor, the Grand Prize Vehicle is not available, then Sponsor shall have the right to substitute another vehicle with an MSRP equal to or greater than the unavailable Grand Prize Vehicle. Sponsor will determine all features of the Grand Prize Vehicle including but not limited to color of exterior and interior. Any other features or upgrades to the Grand Prize Vehicle will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. The total Grand Prize Vehicle shall not exceed forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000).

Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner must be able to accept delivery of Grand Prize Vehicle within 15 days of notice of availability from a Chevrolet dealer that Sponsor/Administrator has selected within the United States, or the Grand Prize Vehicle will be forfeited. In the event the winner is a deployed service member, the individual legally designated by the service member as power of attorney has the right to accept delivery of the Grand Prize Vehicle on the winner's behalf. Winner will pay costs of vehicle tax, title, and destination. Winner is also responsible for all other costs associated with winning the Grand Prize Vehicle, including but not limited to: local, state, federal and income tax, title, vehicle registration, gasoline, maintenance, mileage, wear and tear, license fees and insurance for the Grand Prize Vehicle, and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize Vehicle not specified herein. The Grand Prize Vehicle is nonnegotiable and not exchangeable for cash. The Grand Prize Vehicle is not eligible for other incentives or any other type of new vehicle lease or financing offers. Grand Prize Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials.

Instant Win Prizes. Forty-five (45) Instant Win Prizes, each a $50.00 Visa Gift Card. (Retail Value of each Instant Win Prize is $50.00). Winner is subject to any rules and regulations of gift card issuer.

The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $47,250.

DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: Instant Win Prize Winners will be contacted by phone and/or mail within approximately 2 weeks of their daily Instant Win Promotion Period regarding eligibility confirmation and prize fulfillment. Unclaimed Instant Win Prizes, if any, will be awarded during a drawing performed at the time of the Grand Prize Drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning the Grand Prize will be determined by the number of entries received during the Promotional Period. The odds of winning any unclaimed Instant Win Prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of unclaimed Instant Win Prizes, if any.

A potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 27, 2013 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted by email and/or phone on or about December 27, 2013 at the phone number or email address provided with winning entry. If the potential Grand Prize Winner (or designated power of attorney for deployed service member) does not reply within seventy-two (72) hours after notification is sent or if the email is returned as undeliverable (sent 3 times over 72 hours), or if potential winner is deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and the Administrator in its sole discretion may select an alternate winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The Grand Prize winner (or designated power of attorney for deployed service member) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (collectively, "Release") within seven (7) days of notification or the Prize will forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen. Winner must also fill out an affidavit for tax purposes to claim the prize and will be provided with an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize in his/her name. Sponsor will contact Grand Prize Winner regarding any features or upgrades to the Grand Prize Vehicle. The Administrator reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate Winner, if any.

GENERAL GRAND PRIZE VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS: Regarding the Grand Prize Vehicle, Chevrolet Motor Division, General Motors LLC makes no warranty other than that expressed in its new vehicle limited warranty, a printed copy of which shall be furnished with the Grand Prize Vehicle.

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Grand Prize and Instant Win Prizes (including their individual components) may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Administrator, who reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and/or Administrator to use prize winner's name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, winner will provide written consent to such use. Prize winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Except as specifically stated herein, Prizes are awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND from Sponsor or Administrator, express or implied, without limitation. All prize details are at Administrator's sole discretion. If any portion of prize is cancelled or postponed, the remaining portion of the prize will be awarded as complete and final and no compensation will be offered. All Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes (not limited to federal, state, local or income). Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of Grand Prize Vehicle.

OWNERSHIP AND USE OF ENTRIES/SUBMISSIONS: All Entries and Submissions become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Entries/Submissions may be posted on the Promotion Website during or after the Promotional Period

GENERAL CONDITIONS/RELEASE: By participating, Entrants release Sponsor, Administrator, Pop2Life, LittMedia Inc., General Motors LLC (collectively, "Released Parties") and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, distributors, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their directors, officers, agents and employees, from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (b) Entrants, by participating, agree that the Released Parties and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, distributors, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, death or destruction of property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize(s) (including any travel or activity associated thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any performer(s)/event(s), air carrier(s), hotel(s), or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same; and (c) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize including, but not limited to the prize quality or availability except for Sponsor and the limited warranty provided with the Grand Prize Vehicle. Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS OR INSTANT WIN GAME, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion of Administrator and/or Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at www.GMMilitaryDiscount.com and the determination of the prize Winners will be made, from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the termination cancellation or suspension, as Administrator determines in its sole discretion. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION/DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or Grand Prize Vehicle awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the federal, state and local courts for the State of New York; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of New York.

OFFICIAL RULES AND PRIZE WINNERS: For a copy of these Official Rules, or the names of the Winners available after January 24, 2014, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "MILITARY.COM AMERICA IS STRONG SWEEPSTAKES" Sweepstakes, Winner List or Rules, Pop2Life, 247 Centre Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10013 (VT residents may omit postage). Requests must be received by March 25, 2014.
