Brandon Wile is a writer covering the intersection of technology, health care and the military and veteran communities. His writing explores how policy, technology and innovation impact service members and their families.

An Air Force veteran (2006-2012) who twice deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Brandon holds project management certifications and has broad experience within federal and private health care sectors, including the Department of Veterans Affairs.

His background spans health care management, mental health and consulting on veteran services such as employment, benefits and case management. Along with his wife, he co-operates the marketing and consulting firm Umber Collective serving health care and veteran communities.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Brandon now resides in Colorado with his family and pets. He is currently pursuing clinical health care goals via pre-medicine coursework and contributions to medical research.

When not writing professionally, volunteering or engaging in veteran advocacy, he enjoys fitness, travel, grilling and his personal creative projects, including poetry collections and a series of novels.

He is also an avid history enthusiast and collector of books and relics from World War II and other conflicts.
