Nine NASA astronauts train in the Department of Defense’s only human-rated centrifuge, Wright-Patterson AFB, Nov. 5, 2018. As the center of Excellence for Human Performance research and evaluation, the Air Force Research Laboratory’s 711th Human Performance Wing trained astronauts for the first time since the Apollo program.
