Gunner Uses Tintype to Photo Troops
Staff Sgt. Ed Drew, California Air National Guard, 129th Rescue Squadron aerial gunner accepted the challenge of doing tintype photography on a recent mission to Afghanistan. A process that had not been done in combat since the Civil War and never done to capture the essence of a U.S. Air Force member. By SSgt John Ayre (60th AMW Public Affairs).
