Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell Decommissioned

The Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell is decommissioned during a ceremony at Naval Base San Diego on March 16, 2016. Boutwell spent 47 years in service. Boutwell is the seventh High Endurance Cutter to be decommissioned, with five remaining in service across the Pacific.
