Store Clerk Shot During Robbery

Philadelphia, PA - Police are searching for four robbery suspects who shot a store employee and attacked a customer before fleeing early Tuesday morning. Two suspects entered the 7-Eleven at 1820 Stenton Ave. in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia early Tuesday morning, according to police. A 22-year-old male employee suffered wounds to both legs after being shot once, according to reports. The victim is being treated at Einstein Medical Center. Police say the suspects pistol whipped a 19-year-old female customer before fleeing the scene. A silver Crown Victoria getaway car with two other suspects inside was waiting outside for the pair to escape, according to officers. Investigators are reviewing store surveillance video. ***REWARD*** 7-11, through the Citizens Crime Commission is offering a $5000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspects responsible for this robbery/shooting.
