    Coast Guard’s 2014 Top 10 Video Competition Nominee 9: The crew aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Bristol Bay, stationed in Detroit, is the ninth nominee for the Coast Guard video of the year. The crew aboard the 140-foot icebreaking tug tends to buoys during "Operation Spring Restore", when the Coast Guard switches out winter buoys for the buoys placed in the water during warmer months.
