US Soldier's High-Speed Chase Released

    An active duty soldier stationed at Ft Bragg was arrested on Thursday for leading police on a high-speed chase in South Carolina. The State reports that Michael Jackson was traveling at speeds over 100 mph on a stretch of roadway known for its traffic-related deaths. Kershaw County deputies noticed Jackson speeding on Interstate 20 around 1pm Thursday. As one deputy tried to pull over his red Dodge Charger, Jackson reportedly increased his speed and tried to get away.
