Heart grabbing ceremony of a dignified transfer service took place at Dover Air Force base in Delaware for U.S. Army Staff Sergeant William R. Wilson III with his family was on hand on March 28, 2012. The 27 year-old soldier from western New Yorker died on March 26, 2012 of wounds from small arms fire while serving his country in Afghanistan. Video by Staff Sgt. James Jackson
