President Trump's chief of staff, retired Marine general and former Secretary of Homeland Security attended an event this morning to mark the fifteenth anniversary of the DHS.

He made a couple of jokes that broke up the folks in the room but are quickly going viral. Did he remember there were cameras in the room?
