NASCAR driver Ryan Newman's U.S. Army Chevrolet will feature a special Veterans Day tribute at the November 14 Kobalt Tools 500 at Phoenix International Raceway.

Newmans' Chevy will be covered with photos of more than 500 veterans that were submitted through the GoArmy.com website. World War II veteran and Arizona resident Luis Rodriguez Jr., whose photos appears on the car, will attend Sunday's race as a guest of the U.S. Army race team. Rodriguez, 85, served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the 118th General Hospital, a U.S. Army military hospital located in New South Wales, Australia. He is a resident of Sahuarita, Ariz.
