Men's Fitness reports that modern athletes are going all new age, incorporating Bikram yoga, acupuncture, kettlebell training and mixed martial arts into their workout regimens. The old guys would have no time for this hippie nonsense, but, then again, lots of the old guys need a walker or a wheelchair to get around these days.
