Yes, I’m going there. And I’m not just talking about needing a pedicure.
I started going grey in college, and since I’m WAY too young to be walking around with a head full of grey hair, I need regular dye-jobs. I don’t consider myself particularly high-maintenance. Unfortunately, I’m terrible with my own hair. And I have a lot of it. Which means coloring it myself is something that makes me shudder.
However.....
After three weeks at my in-laws home followed by weeks in a hotel overseas, I noticed that my “wisdom” roots were showing. Badly. I haven’t the faintest clue who to go to here at my new destination. So I took matters into my own hands and colored it myself in the hotel room. I was just that desperate. I can’t say the result is fabulous, but at least the grey is covered.
This week I’m noticing another need: waxing services. I think I may be turning into Sasquatch!
But again, where to go?
